在汽车人基地被消灭后，汽车人成员分散全美各地。烟幕则找到了奄奄一息的擎天柱，并在他交代下从霸天虎战舰夺回索拉斯大槌 。此时，震荡波在赛伯坦偶然遇见正在搜集残局的霸天虎，之后返回队伍，也同时带来了掠兽金刚准备向汽车人进行攻击。在偶然让被捕的千斤顶欲擒故纵的情况下，掠兽金刚首领巨狰狞在攻击过程中遭已经重新集结的汽车人猛烈反击。 在雷霆技师首领通天晓出现后，汽车人开始集结并反击。擎天柱在将领袖位置交给烟幕时，烟幕认为自己资格不够，而擎天柱同时火种熄灭。 在黑山遭到汽车人攻击时，突然被用索拉斯大槌再次复生强化的擎天柱出现帮助汽车人，而黑山也被美军击毁，霸天虎全数撤退。。影片讲述了没落的罗马帝国与东哥德人的蛮族部落展开的一场血战。。Its Halloween 1989, best friends Sam and Josh are trying to enjoy what's left of their final Devil's Night before graduating high school.
