一部以韩国KBS 1TV人气节目”全国歌唱竞赛“为背景讲述在参加竞赛的普通人身上发生的故事。。水上芭蕾舞者與海女的熱血爆笑事。因為濟州島官方發起了活動，要推廣海女文化。所以失去工作的前水上芭蕾冠軍英珠（全慧彬飾），在朋友的介紹而決定到濟州島，教導當地的海女們水上芭蕾。劇中美麗的濟州風景將完整地呈現於觀眾眼前。。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
