本作是以《BLUE REFLECTION幻舞少女之剑》为原点，发展出全新「BLUE REFLECTIONPROJECT」而推出的电视动画。新的主角为积极且开朗、无法放任有问难的人不管的平原阳樱莉（CV：千菅春香），以及笨拙、不懂该如何与人相处的羽成琉夏（CV：石见舞菜香），宛如对比的两名少女相遇，让她们自己与世界都逐渐改变。。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。
