Still hurting from his recent loss, Sebastian decides that he can’t start a new re...。历经千辛万苦当上村长的刘能，终于感受到了当村长是揽了一份苦差事。真可谓不干不知道，一干吓一跳，荣誉感有了，心却有点乱；小蒙的豆腐厂越干越红火、越干越大，名气也越来越响，南方的企业都找上门来和它合作，豆腐厂变成了豆制品公司；刘大脑袋由过去的经理助理升任了经理，人荣脾气涨，见女人就上心的老毛病又犯了，看上了王大拿新来的女秘书，媳妇察觉后天天跟踪他，弄得他整天心神不安；长贵当上了乡长，腰杆总算能伸直了。乡村的故事还在不断上演。。本剧以“人事部”为焦点，故事以残留着古老热血体质的大企业为舞台，愚蠢又过于天真的主人公·人见廉（松田元太饰），与希望改变公司、每天奋斗的女主人公·真野直己（前田敦子饰），与个性丰富的人事部成员们一起在公司中生活，他们需要面对其中出现的员工各种各样的问题，直面“现代人的烦恼”。。
