六位高中同学在网上视频聊天，突然收到一封一年前自杀身亡的同学所寄来的Skype讯息。一开始她们以为只是个恶搞信件，但就当视讯中的女同学们开始陆续揭开自己不为人知的丑陋秘密后，她们才惊觉真的有不属于这世界上的东西存在，而且这东西会要了她们的命。。The 'Owner House' has been vacant for several years because of its very dark history but with the recent series of murders it has been taken to the next level. A family who just moved in has been murdered causing the curiosity of a group of friends to get the best of them.
