假期到来，天道、早乙女两家以及右京、珊璞一行来到风景秀美的温泉圣地旅行。他们下榻在人形馆，虽然右京和珊璞难免争风吃醋，不过总体气氛还是很愉快的。右京偶然听说了旅馆内的一个传说，据说走廊里摆放着一个娃娃人偶，如果不小心把它弄脏的话就会遭到报复。早乙女父子为了吃的发生打斗，随即大闹旅馆。乱马（山口勝平饰）不慎打翻了走廊上的人偶，又将其胡乱摆放好。谁知他已经触动了禁忌，心怀憎恨的人偶附身小茜身上，发誓要报复伤害她的乱马。而小茜的灵魂则进入人偶的体内…… 本片根据高桥留美子的漫画《乱马1/2》改编，系该动画的OVA版。。Charles Dexter Ward's wife enlists the help of a private detective to find out what her husband is up to in a remote cabin owned by his family for centuries.
