『ドラゴンクエスト ダイの大冒険』の劇場用アニメ作品第1作目。 テレビシリーズに先駆けて、最初に制作されたアニメ版でもある。 原作の読み切り第2作目『ダイ爆発!!!』をアレンジした話であり、本編とは繋がらないパラレル作品になっている。。温苓为查父母被害凶手顾景行的罪证，接下恒星总裁之位，还需教导顾时枭。二人常争锋相对，顾时枭渐生爱意，温苓却一心寻罪证，几人纠缠间，暧昧与危险并存。。Will & Grace are best friends.
