无良摄影棚老板把一个棚拆成了两半租给了两个剧组进行拍摄。一个组拍动作特效戏，另一个组拍鬼片。特效戏的导演荃宇宙在开机第一天便被女友通知了分手，一时间找不到拍戏的状态，失去了自我。就在他最无助的时候，鬼片组的女主角替身牟瞳主动劝说了他。两个人在拍戏过程中的十几天里给了彼此虽然短暂却温暖的安慰。也因为摄影棚和剧组里频频出的一些状况，期间发生了诸多令人捧腹的情节。就在二人即将分手的时候，导演终于喊了杀青。原来制片方因为经费不足，欲将本身计划的一部动作电影和一部惊悚片缩减预算。就在面临两个片都要停工的危难之际，导演提出了一个方案，将两部片融合成为了一部导演和女替身的爱情故事电影，名字称为《全宇宙最亮的星》。。This World tells the inside story of the 2011 massacre in Norway, offering new insights into the life and mind of the perpetrator Anders Breivik, and exposing the hidden hatreds that inspired him.
