缅甸的青年爱民憧憬日本漫画，爱读，为了成为漫画家而去日本留学。以有限的留学资金为基础开始寻找公寓，但意外地发现了超出想象的日本高额房租。在这样的情况下，虽然发现了便宜的房子并马上决定了，但是在40年左右的旧公寓周围，有着一成不变的两个习惯的住人。而且最重要的是，在爱明的房间里，有着白皙黑发的幽灵（玲）！背上不能反悔的艾敏开始了和幽灵的共同生活…。Herzog takes a film crew to the island of Guadeloupe when he hears that the volcano on the island is going to erupt. Everyone has left, except for one old man who refuses to leave. Herzog catches the eeriness of an abandoned city, with stop lights cycling over an empty intersection.。
