春秋后期，诸侯割据、兵马交错、干戈相见。吴越两国毗邻不能相安。勾践战败为吴国囚、卧薪尝胆，立誓有朝一日灭吴。美女西施深得越王勾跌宠爱，而西施却深被越大将范蠡吸引。为了江山社稷，勾践送西施往吴国，完成刺杀吴王夫差的使命，不料，通过接触，西施深深陷入了与夫差的感情旋涡不能自拔，夫差也为情所累，血洒疆场。呜呼哀哉！江山美人自古难两全。。《影像多面体》为Lars von Trier1982年在丹麦电影学校之毕业作品。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee). Rutherford explains that he owes his current incapacitation to an attack by an inmate. Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。
