第二季的故事是发生在第一季的故事结束后三年，爱良等人从Pretty Top演艺学校结业并学有所成，之后有了全新生力军的加入，包含了玲奈、果铃、彩海三人组成的团队“三棱镜伴侣（Prism Mates、プリズムメイツ）”，与后来加入的美爱，演变成四人明星团体“Prizmmy☆”并走上成名之路；后来有来自韩国的五位女性留学生加入了Pretty Top演艺学院，并与Prizmmy☆四人连袂演出。。Nikita lives in the small town of Chegarinsk, which is right on the drug trafficking route from Central Asia to Siberia. Deciding to go to Moscow to build a musical career, Nikita wants to earn extra money. His childhood friend offers to transport a bag of drugs, and during a trip to Krasnoyarsk, Nikita miraculously does not fall into the hands of the police。
