1995年，走私商卢少骅一夜间倾家荡产，却也因此意识到一种新型毒品——冰毒，所能带来的巨大利润，他心生邪念走入制贩毒歧途。彼时，缉毒警林强峰结束卧底生涯，为追查毒品线索调任西港市缉毒支队。数年间，林强峰带队投身于这场扫毒风暴，而卢少骅则辗转国内外，结识了一众毒枭，野心不断膨胀……最终，以林强峰为代表的缉毒警不辱使命，力破卢少骅诡诈的毒网阴谋。。Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。
